in case you don't know, "This American Life" is usually very slanted in a LIBERAL DIRECTION..so they were SEARCHING for things to CONDEMN BETSY DEVOS about...I was afraid of what they were going to " DO" to her in this segment, but actually IT TURNS OUT WELL for her..flattering mostly..turns out Betsy did do 'MENTORING" at a Grand Rapids public elementary school ( ie sort of like a 1-to-1 tutor) and even helped the families of the girls she mentored, even bought one family a car.., among other things..so if the liberal program couldn't find much to condemn Betsy about, she must be pretty good !!
